I need help, exactly one week ago I weighed myself to find I weighed 149... well yesterday I started my period and I stepped on the scale to see I weigh 157!? I have been sticking to dieting and work out routine (but last two days I was so busy I just couldn't find the time to work out) Is this because of my period!?
So there is a workout swimming around the internet that states if you do this workout, you will burn 100 cal; 40 jumping jacks 30 crunches 20 squats 10 push-ups Now is this fact or fiction? What are your thoughts? Do you know of any quick workouts to get that 100 cal out of the way?
