Hi everyone I am 28 with a severely damaged spine, according to the doctor's I am supposed to be walking with a Cain for the rest of my life that is till i am forced into a 4 wheel alternative..... 5 years after incident I walk relatively normal besides a limp when I push myself too hard
I am in taking 1200-1300 calories a day and I add metabolism boosters(such as mustard, apple cider vinegar, and chilli powder in every meal). With doing this I am loosing 1.5 lbs a day which is great..... I think. My problem is that I don't know if it is healthy, plz help me with your personal opinions the internet is kind…
