So today is my first day in maintenance eek! I know i need to eat all my maintenance calories to maintain but do you need to eat back all of your exercise calories? Or do you still eat 50-75% of them back due to inaccuracies? Just a little confused about this. Please let me know.
Hi there i have been on myfitnesspal since October last year and have lost 18kgs and considering going into maintenence. Previous weight 80kgs current weight 62kgs. Pretty happy with my progress so far!
Starting weight 80.6kgs current weight 69.5kgs. Goal weight 60kgs. Halfway there! I'm so pleased with my results so far I didn't think calorie counting would work but it totally does! ☺. This is over a perios of about four months.
