How to make chicken not so bland?

Eating back burned calories?
I use a polar watch when I work out. I think it's the A360. Here's a photo. I don't use a chest strap or anything just the watch so I know it's not 100% accurate but I was wondering how many of the calories I can eat back and still be safe to not go over? Thanks

Suggestions for a picky eater?
Hello, I don't really like any vegetables at all and I was just wondering if you have any suggestions for helping me to get over this pickiness. This has been my biggest downfall. I try so hard to eat right but it's hard when I don't like all the good foods. It is part of the reason I have been a serial starter. Tips?
