1,200 calories of course. I know it's the bare minimum you should eat, but most people preach it's unhealthy. I never really knew that until just recently. Maybe because I struggle to even consume 1,200 a day? Anyways, my question for you is do you think it's healthy? Why or why not? :)
I went from my beloved elliptical to the treadmill. Day one after switching I'm having right hip pain. Now I've read alot about what it is or could be, my question is should I wait until the pain goes away or continue? I have no problem pushing past it, I just want to avoid any further injury.
