I've lost my initial 40lbs in just over 3 months. I was 240lbs, would sit down and binge eat. . So all my diet and exercise changes pretty much jumpstarted me I also didn't have any posted side effects other than irregular menstruation.

I drink around 2 liters of water a day, so I'm not hungry enough to go over my calorie goal. I do have C4 and whey protein to supplement though :)

I'm going through the same thing. After recently picking up running because everyone tells me they always see results, I haven't. Maybe because it's only been 2 weeks? Granted I've noticed a minor difference in my calves... coming from someone who has lost 90+ lbs, I still think I look the same as I did before
