I have been tracking and staying under my calorie count for 3 weeks. I have a regular scale that says i havent lost any weight. Would a digital scale be better? Also i exercise daily some way or another. Is it just this hard for women to lose weight?

Sodium and sugar struggle
So doing research my sugar grams included natural and added sugar. So with that said i struggle to stay under my limits with sodium and sugara somedays. What foods or snacks are low in sodium and sugar??

Fat grams struggle
It seems everyday i log i am over my grams of fat allowed. Do this require low fat choices or cutting out stuff entirely?

Salad struggles
I never knew the biggest salad struggle is the dressing. Its where all the fat grams are. Watch those dressings. Maybe homemade are better
