Hi All I've just worked out my TDEE using the IIFYM website and it comes out as BMR 1388 and TDEE 1853. Does that mean I'm meant to eat 1,853 calories per day to lose weight? Kel

Does it have an affect??
Does alcohol have an effect on your weightloss even if youve included it within your daily calorie intake? I love my wine at the weekends (like some people do) and I always filter the wine into my daily calorie goal but I cant help thinking maybe I should just cut it out completely? How do I sprint....
I know this sounds silly but I've never sprinted before and today as theres no Kettlebell Class on at the gym I was going to do some sprinting intervals but how do I do them? Do I just run as fast as my legs will take me for say 20 seconds then rest 30 seconds etc. :-(
