Hi all
I want to start doing some HIIT but theres that many videos etc I dont know which ones to go for or does it not matter? I currently weight train with a PT twice a week however I will be increasing this to 3-4 but I want to do some HIIT too! My PT gave me some interval training for the rowing machine but I dont have a rower at home.
Can I litereally just pick a HIIT video and do it? i.e fitness blender, the bodycoach etc

FitnessBlender.com is my go to. It has free workouts of all kinds for any fitness level including HIIT.2

I love "bodyfit by Amy" on youtube. She has great beginners videos as well as intermediate and advanced. I thought about buyingvT25 but gave youtube a try first and found lots of "free" and useful stuff on there.2

TheBodyCoach on YouTube has a lot of HIIT sessions which are all pretty good!0
