I have my MFP settings set to calculate…

Is there really such thing as “not eating enough”?
Hi all I’ve been IF for the past 5x weeks and am enjoying it, not for the weight loss though as I still track all my foods on MFP! However, my weight has literally fritted between 11st 8lb and 11st 10lb in the 5 weeks, like I’m not losing weight consistently. In that 5 weeks I have massively increased my exercise where I…

Calories in/calories out
Hi All It drives me mad that my fitbit always says I've over budget even though MFP says I'm within budget when it comes to my calorie intake. Am I best of just following MFP for food/calorie intake and fitbit for activity? My calorie intake currently for MFP is 1280 but I tend to eat more like 1300-1350 as I hit the gym…

What's people's thoughts on Intermittent Fasting (i.e. 16:8)

So I tried the 5x5 routine....
And I actually preferred it so much better. I was asking the question the other day on here about reps and someone mentioned to try the 5x5 routine and a PT at the gym even suggested it but as she's a powerlifter my initial thought was "I can't do that".... However, today I did it, I was able to lift heavier and I didn't…

Is the 8-10 rep range still OK?
Hey all I asked a question a few weeks about when to increase my weight, people recommended when I can do all my sets (4x) and reps of 12x with good form then increase weight and aim for 8x reps then aim again for 12x reps, increase weight, aim for 8x then 12x and so on.... However I find myself preferring the 8-10x rep…

HIIT....Do I need to wait for my HR to drop before going all out again?
Hi All I really love doing HIIT, I really push myself and feel really good afterwards. However, I was told once I go "all out" for the say 30 seconds I should be waiting until my HR gets back down to around 135 before going all out again but I find this really boring having to wait for it to drop back down - do I need to…

Knowing when to increase weight...
Hi All Up until the end of March I had a PT (had 28x sessions altogether) but due to cost I had to stop them and then didn't have the confidence to continue the weight training on my own. Fitbit Charge HR - Lower and Upper HR zone - what does this mean?
Hi Everyone So I recently purchased the Fitbit Charge HR and I really like it, however, the HR zones are really confusing me. So my resting heart rate is 58bpm but it seems fitbit calculates your Target HR Zones using the "220 minus age" method (mine would be 188bpm) which then sets the Target Zones as Fat Burn 94-131bpm,…
