Will it effect my weight trianing I'm already doing?

Hi All
I'm currently following a weight training programme which I do three times per week on top of cardio such as running or stairmaster. However, I also enjoy busting out some KB routines for cardio workout too but if I use the KB (nothing heavy, just 10kg) will it effect my weight training?
My main goal is to lose fat which I'm doing on a calorie deficit but a few weeks ago I plucked up the courage to restart my weight programme I did with my PT, it took a lot of courage for me to do it alone...so I'm not training for anything in particular, I do weights because I enjoy it.

I don't see why not, but try it out and see if it affects your training and recovery. If your energy or progress in the weight room starts to stall and your muscles are too sore, you may want to take a step back.
I frequently do glute band training in between my weight sessions, sometimes I am a bit sore the next day but I can still complete my workout no problem.1 -
It shouldn't. If it does you are doing something wrong (too much volume, too heavy, etc)1
