Reply on weekend struggles
I think it was someone in this group that asked how to stay on track over the weekend. I've had the same problem. What I've done is make my weigh in day Monday so I'm more motivated to stay focused. Also, I try to keep busy. Being bored leads me to mindless "cravings". Hope this helps.

I promised to post my weekly weigh-in so here it is. As of this morning, I have been recording in MFP for 64 days. I currently weigh 251.5 and I'm down 18.5 lbs.
