I'm so happy to see so many people out there willing to help each other with our weight loss journeys. I've had a good couple of days and I shared my update earlier. I do want everyone to know that I've been loosing my weight without any exercise other than daily walking. I'm restricted because of a really bad hip. I feel certain that if I could exercise, I would have lost more. The things I've had to remember are that this isn't short term, my eating habits will be changed forever and that a slip up once in a while - more at the beginning - isn't a reason to stop. Battering yourself emotionally won't help. Praise yourself for what you've accomplished thus far and tell yourself you can keep it up. We can all get to our goals together!!

    Walking is great, lots of people on here that walk only

    Sorry about your hip. Maybe once you've lost more weight, it will correct itself.
