What types of exercises do you do at work when you sit at a desk all day?

TGIF! How do you stay on track on the weekends?
The weekends are the absolute worse for me to stay on track. I use to have Saturday and Sunday as my rest days, but I think if I switch that up and actually workout those days I wont have that much of a problem. What helps you stay on track on the weekends?

Stupid question - But can someone explain how the Net Calories from your exercise works? I went ahead and logged the rest of my meals and I plan to exercise tonight, just going to walk this evening. I've done the 30 day shred and the biggest loser dvds and a few of Jillian Michael's. I'm looking for some fun workouts to do at home. Preferably cardio and strength together. What dvds have you tried, had any luck with them?
