What types of exercises do you do at work when you sit at a desk all day?

I walk at lunch time. If the weather doesn't cooperate I can close my door and do a YouTube Walk At Home video, or go to the big box home improvement store across the street.
You could do a few stall push ups or squats when visiting the ladies room, but real fitness will likely happen outside of work.0 -
I have a lot of downtime and I read so sometimes I walk in place while reading just to get my steps in, lol. I go on walks at lunch time too. I don't do anything else while at work, I would get all sweaty and be super uncomfortable.0

I don't.
I work out 5 x a week so I don't feel that being sedentary at work is affecting me at all.0 -
My department is on the 7th floor of our building so I take the stairs every time I go anywhere, up/down and on my breaks I'll run/walk the stairs 2-3 times (12 flights). I'm also currently walking a mile on my lunches if the weather permits.
There are a lot of seated versions of activities that you can do as well, bus driver is one of my favorites!0 -

This sums up my feelings. I'd rather just put my efforts into an all out workout after work.0 -
Lol, you can do sit squats in your chair on a break. Helps to condition quads, hamstrings and glutes. There's also pushups on your desk, stair climbing, walking down a hallway then jumping up to reach each light along the way, lifting your feet off the floor for 10 or so seconds while sitting in a chair (abs), etc.
