Hello peeps, I'm training for a half marathon and I'm experiencing symptoms of over training. I know the web has info on this but wanted to know how you guys deal with it or what you do to over come it?
Hello everyone. My name is Jennifer and I came from the calorie count app site which is on the fritz so thought I'd try this app out.
