My calorie limit daily is 1,970 and I seem to do well with that. My exercise is 30 mins of incline treadmill Wednesday thru Friday and 30mins of incline treadmill with 30 minutes upper or lower body Saturday thru Monday. sodium intake over 1,000
My daily calorie intake is 1,970. Right now my calorie count for today has 1,000 left but my sodium count is already -1,000 too much. If I'm drinking a lot of water, which I think I drink too much does that out way the sodium count? Suggestions, ideas appreciated

What inexpensive scale is the best to use?
What works better a digital or dial type scale and what brands and why are they usually the best? I think I want a new scale! :) ours is an older dial type scale!
