is it enough to lose it?

My calorie limit daily is 1,970 and I seem to do well with that.
My exercise is 30 mins of incline treadmill Wednesday thru Friday and 30mins of incline treadmill with 30 minutes upper or lower body Saturday thru Monday.
At work on Tuesdays thru Friday I walk anywhere from 6,000 to 8,000 steps.
is this enough to lose adequate weight. Am I getting enough exercise? Help. I want to lose this weight

    If 1970 calories is the daily calorie deficit MFP provided for you, then sticking to that deficit will make you lose weight. Exercise obviously brings with it a lot of health benefits and it certainly makes maintaining a deficit easier, but it is not at all essential in order to lose weight.
