On the package it says that one serving, 5slices are 60 calories, however when I scanned the barcode it says one serving 3 slices are 60 calories? No big deal, just thought it was strange

Does anyone bank calories?
Is it possible to use all the calories you were under each day and use them at the end of the week for a special event? Does this change your weight loss calculations? This may be a stupid question, idk. I’m just learning!

Something that helps me when I am hungry
I’ve found that when I’m a little hungry at unusual times, if I break it down into hours it helps me wait. So if I get hungry at 10am I can look at the clock and say, ok it’s just 1 1/2 hrs until lunch. I can wait. It gives me an actual time goal to focus on instead of focusing on my hunger and helps me wait until meal…
