Most days I meet all or most of my nutritional goals except for potassium. How do you meet your potassium target? Suggestion please...

I meet it with ordinary food. Potassium is rarely on the label and so not in the database either.

It’s in loads of things - bananas (obvs), potato s, squash, yoghurt, spinach, watermelon...

The vitamin and mineral values in MFP are notoriously unreliable. They entries are vastly user-added and, either through the micronutrient value not being available on the label, or through the user not bothering to put them in, often they are left out.

Have a look at some entries in your diary that show a zero value for potassium, then Google the potassium content of those foods. You're guaranteed to find you're getting a lot more than your diary reflects.

if your getting things like beef liver, mushrooms, spinach, avocados, bananas, ect you should be fine. go off of how you are feeling you might be fine but i agree with others here chances are some sources just forget about the potassium sense most labels don't have it listed because most the things in the data base are from what people put in themselves.

If you can't reach it through fruit & veggies, you could grab a shaker of salt substitute (Nu-Salt, for example) to sprinkle over your meals. Just don't overdo it.
