Any products that have really helped you on your weight loss journey?

For me, it’s PBfit. My love of peanut butter runs deep and this product has helped me not overindulge and still gives me the taste I love. Also, Boca burgers. They are a lower calorie option to burgers and I think they taste good. Pre-washed baby spinach is another good one. You can add to most dishes or use for salads and it’s so convenient.

I hate to admit it .. but Pre-workout .. a totally unnecessary 300mg of caffeine, some NO, Beta alanine and creatine.

It literally kick starts my workout in the morning before I have even drunk it. The thought of it is motivation to get out of bed at 4:30am go down stairs make a Blue raz flavored chemical bomb, drink and check the internet for 20mins whilst it kicks in .. and BOOM workout

perhaps its the routine, perhaps its the sweetness or the promise of the upcoming tingle, but it does get me going even before I get going !

Yes to MFP and the food scale. Also Libra weight trending app. Logging my weight daily and becoming familiar and comfortable with my fluctuations is far superior to waiting and wondering all week for the 'big weigh in,' only to be disappointed sometimes because I didn't understand the many factors in play.

Food-wise, I eat pretty much what I ate before just in different ratios and quantities. The only thing I've really added is protein powder to fill the gaps on days I'm a bit low.

Food scale, bathroom scale, Libra app, MFP app, meal-prep containers.

As for specific foods... PB2, Optimum Nutrition protein powder, eggs, and aaall the tea.

I've found that snacking on protein helps keep my hunger under control. Yves veggie dogs in the family pack are 45 calories apiece (8g protein, 15% iron rda), a piece of string cheese is 80. They keep me going without hitting my calories too badly. Ditto Skinny Pop popcorn (okay, that one's a carb), when I get the urge for potato chips and other salty stuff.

Food scale and calorie deficit are all that is needed for weight loss.

This app and boards and my Apple Watch. Oh and following a lot of health and fitness YouTube channels. I don't often opt in to their choices (lemon water to "kick start your day" is a no from me lol) but the overall imagery gives me a vague sense of direction that I find helpful.

Definitely my food scale. Blender. Fitbit (or similar tracker). Protein Powder (because I started losing my hair). And last, but not least...a way to track my food...

    MFP and a food scale.

Seems to be a recurring theme.

    Lol, re-read my post--I don't eat these together!! Possibly back-to-back, but the eggs aren't a mix-in!!
