Gained weight need help
Hello! I was on the low carb diet in January and lost a good amount of weight. Over the summer I started slacking off and wasn’t as strict, and now I’ve gained back 10 lbs but more importantly I’ve gained inches on my waist. Does anyone have tips on how to get back to ketosis and lose the weight?

Gaining weight
So I started the low carb diet about three months ago and lost a good amount of weight. However, the past two/three weeks I noticed first my weight stalled and now it’s increasing slightly. I didn’t make much change in my diet and I’m even exercising a few minutes a day now. What could be the problem??

Vacation
I had awake off and every single day we went out to eat. I had just started keto and was losing little by little but every time we went out I’d binge on carbs. Breaks ending but idk how to hop back on keto now. Any advice?
