I had awake off and every single day we went out to eat. I had just started keto and was losing little by little but every time we went out I’d binge on carbs. Breaks ending but idk how to hop back on keto now. Any advice?

    It sounds like you enjoy carbs so why cut them out?

    Keto may not be for you. You shouldn't omit any foods you enjoy...this will make your plan much more sustainable. Everything in moderation.

    It causes me more harm than good. My acne and redness went away, I felt better, I was losing weight and eating healthier and less. With carbs, I can just eat them all day nonstop it’s so bad

    You don't have to overeat. You probably "binged" because you felt deprived, and demonizing perfectly healthy, normal food, doesn't help.
