Using all your calories
When I was on Weight Watchers, everyone used to say "Use up all of your points or it will be harder to lose weight later!" I'm wondering if the same applies to your calories each day? I've noticed that many people fall under their calorie requirement, but I wondered if this would impact their weight loss later on?
