Just a question on the amount of carbs that MFP has calculated for my daily intake. Currently it is 50% carbs, 30% fat, and 20% protein. Does this make sense, as I'm more inclined to eat a higher protein base diet and less carbs. Your thoughts?
Anyone here taking a CLA supplement while losing and getting fit? If so, did you find it worked? I have just started and am curious if it does work.
