Carb loading before long runs
Any recommended websites / resources for planning meals prior to a half marathon? Or formulas for calculating goal carb intake those days? Thanks!

Half-Marathon
Just looking for general advice. Currently run 4-6 miles three or four times a week, considering training for a half marathon, but running 13 miles non-stop is beyond my comprehension. Do people walk part of it? How long did you take to train? Just any advice for a complete novice would be appreciated.

Breakfast Ideas (non-egg)
Although an egg white omelette full of veggies is a great start to the day, I'm over then. Does anyone have any ideas for a easy, low cal/high protein breakfast? Smoothies aren't really an option - I'm an early riser and walls are thin. Thanks!!
