Accidental wrong weight
So I went to update my weight and instead of putting 190 I accidently hit the 6 and put 690. I changed it to the correct weight, but now my progress shows a very large weight gain/loss. Lol. Ugh. Is there anyway I can fix it or is it just something I'll have to ignore?

How many days in the gym?
I just joined a local gym. Doing personal training Tuesday mornings, then going on my own Thursday, and Saturday morning. I don't wanna overwhelme myself with trying to get to the gym everyday. Only fitness goals are to be in better shape and get a little stronger. Will this be enough for now? Should I go more days?

Tripping over feet while walking
I'm just curious if anybody has ever experienced this. When walking more than 1/2 mile I start feeling weak in my legs and start tripping over my feet. It's almost like my feet are moving faster than my brain wants them too! Lol. Even when I force myself to slow down it doesn't help. I also find that my upper torso wants…

Mfp giving me more calories after losing
Yesterday my calorie goal was 1,570. This morning I logged an almost 2lb loss and now my calorie goal is 1,600! What gives??
