I've only lost 13lbs since January. Pretty sure that's not too fast. Maybe I'm wrong though. I'm seeing my doctor next Tuesday

My posture is fine as long as I'm not doing anything. The more I move the more my body wants to bend over. Once I rest for 15-20 minutes I feel fine again. I have lost about 77lbs from my heaviest.

Yea I'm not stressing it. Just thought it was odd. I don't log any exercise since I mostly just walk. (And not enough to really matter) I haven't changed my activity. I've lost 11lbs since early Jan. So I'm pretty sure that's not too quick.
