I'm not mad, just disappointed....in myself
I started strong and lost about 15 pounds but recently I have deviated from my calorie count, gotten fast food WAY too often, started to drink soda again, a habit I had kicked, not been excercising. Fitbit calories?
I have walked 1,962 steps and Fitbit says I burned 1,478 calories? That sounds off. Should I not use that part of Fitbit?

Calorie intake?
I am 5"5' and weigh around 294 pounds. MFP is giving me a Dailey intake of 2400 to lose 1 pound a week. This seems pretty high to me. Thoughts?

A change needed
