I'm not mad, just disappointed....in myself

I started strong and lost about 15 pounds but recently I have deviated from my calorie count, gotten fast food WAY too often, started to drink soda again, a habit I had kicked, not been excercising. It's a little hard for me to take even knowing that it's my fault. I felt guilty after every trip to a fast food place, not just food wise but financially too. I guess I am just looking for some motivation to keep pushing forward and re lose what I know I gained back. Been too scared to step in the scale.

Don't be too hard on yourself, most of us have been there more than once. The important thing is to get back to it and to really measure your new progress you need to pluck up the courage to get back on that scale (or you could start with the tape measure/a piece of clothing if the scale is a step too far). I have found that joining some of the challenges in the community have been helping to keep me accountable.4
