I am almost to my goal weight! But I need help. I'm struggle on the final stretch and starting to get lazy with tracking everything. I need more accountability to reach my goal then maintain it! So if someone wants to get on me about tracking everyday. That would be awesome!

I use my t25 DVD on days I cannot go to the gym. I just realized it is not a workout I can search for on here to estimate my calories. How do I go about doing this?

Hi all, So I have used this app a few times and have fallen out of habit. I would love some motivation and to obviously motivate others :) !
