I'm currently eating no more than 30-35 carbs per day. Is this good? What amount does every one eat per day?

After some workouts, I am sore for a few days, sometimes more than others. It mostly happens when I lift more weight. For instance, 2 days ago was leg day, and I did 450 lbs.
