Hi Y'all. Maybe it's because 50 is around the corner, but I decided I'm doing this. I'm on Keto and it's day 3 and my macros are 84P/87F/20C (MYM). So I need to eat protein and fat. I'm LOVING this app and the community. Can't wait to see what happens.
