I recently injured my leg and I'm not able to walk on it much which means I have to change my exercise routine, which of course involved a lot of standing up and walking and running which I won't be able to do for a while. Does anybody know any workouts that are very effective but don't involve your legs much?

If I am doing a low carb diet, with also low calories, is there going to be a big impact on my weight loss if I have a cheat day once a week? Also any advice from people who have successfully done the low carb diet? :)
Usually I consume between 2000-2200 calories but since the last week or so ive started to eat 1200 max but I never usually even eat 1000 because my appetite has gone. I used a calculator for the Keton diet. Are these numbers healthy? 30g carbs 120g protein 49g fat
