Usually I consume between 2000-2200 calories but since the last week or so ive started to eat 1200 max but I never usually even eat 1000 because my appetite has gone.
I used a calculator for the Keton diet.
Are these numbers healthy?
30g carbs
120g protein
49g fat

1041 calories is not healthy, but be sure you are logging correctly so you neither eat too much nor too little. Eating will be easier if you balance your diet better. You should at least get in 60 grams of fat, and you probably don't need more than 100 grams of protein. If you want to eat keto, you have to eat high fat, moderate protein and low carb, but you don't have to do that unless you have a medical issue that makes it necessary.0
