Hey, I am a 25 year old woman and I am looking for friends to help motivate me to get to my goal weight. I have lost weight with MFP but I find it difficult to consistently log my meals. I get a 13 day streak then fall off the wagon. Anyone welcome :)
Hey Lads & Ladies, I LOVE chocolate and I do believe in balance when trying to lose weight. I have a question though - if I have one 10gr block of Lindt 70% Dark Chocolate every day and it fits into my calorie goals and macros, will I pick up weight? Should I try limit it to only a few times a week instead of everyday?
