Hey Lads & Ladies,
I LOVE chocolate and I do believe in balance when trying to lose weight.
I have a question though - if I have one 10gr block of Lindt 70% Dark Chocolate every day and it fits into my calorie goals and macros, will I pick up weight? Should I try limit it to only a few times a week instead of everyday?

If it fits your calories, it won't make you gain weight. Excess calories cause weight gain, no individual food does.1

I have chocolate every day even if it only a few dark chocolate coated raisins or yes, the odd square of Lindt. I think dark chocolate in small quantities actually has health benefits0
