Nutrition?
Hi Ladies, In your eating, are paying attention to things like iron, folate, potassium, calcium, copper, magnesium etc? I am trying to mentally get my head around getting the RDI for these things from whole foods before TTC so as to need less supplementation. Would love to hear your opinions.
