Long ago when I used to lift religiously, I never cycled off creatine monohydrate. Is there a huge benefit to cycling? If so, when should you cycle on and off?
On days I lift, I take creatine before and after. On off days should I still take it twice? I’m taking creatine monohydrate and just finished the loading phase
I currently lift 4 days a week and 1 day of sled work/HIIT. I’m rarely sore on my lifting days. What is going on? I miss being extremely sore after lifting, it used to be my indicator of a great lift. *I am still progressing on all my lifts and have had noticeable gains.
How do they figure this out and what should I have for mine? I work an office job, but I also workout 5-6 days a week. Thanks!
Have you done it? If so what do you recommend?
Why is it that when I work out in the AM I’m rarely sore the day after, but if I workout in the PM I’m extremely sore?
