Long ago when I used to lift religiously, I never cycled off creatine monohydrate.

Is there a huge benefit to cycling? If so, when should you cycle on and off?

None. None at all unless you like to constantly have to re saturate your body with it. If you have no issues with stomach or bloating there's no reason to cycle off if you find it benefits you.

Why would you cycle off creatine if it helps you?
It would be a bit like cycling off eating steak!

Examine.com has a good write up which be worth reading.

Just the opposite actually. Just take your 5g dailly dose and you'll benefit as much as possible.

i cycle on and off, only because i cycle on and off the intensity levels of my training. If i'm not doing hard core lifting and training, i dont take it because i dont need it. When i'm doing meet prep or something, i'll take it.
