Weight loss plateau...
So I started the year off at around 230 lbs and drastically cut my calories down to 1850 ish per day. I also started working out 5-6 days a week. My weight loss has basically stopped at 200 lbs. I can’t seem to break under that mark. I do a fairly intense 1 hour of weights plus 10 mins on a bike and 2 km walk on my lunch…
