Reaching goal weight July
I prefer to lose weight slowly because I am "not that bad" in terms of how much I want to lose. I figure a year to lose 21 kilograms is going to be relatively easy. Anyone want to join me? 1st July 87.0 kg

When were you last at goal weight, and how much weight do you have to lose to reach that weight again? For me, the numbers are 7 years and 20 kilograms.

What thing have you found out that someone didn't know? You were really surprised that they didn't learn or had forgotten. For me, it was a 20 year old who didn't know the ordering of month names. Things you consider every adult should know. What about you?
