Swim / biking will I lose weight
If I swing 30 mins and bike 10 km at least 3 times a week, and eat healty, will I gain muscle/get fit/become thinner? I'm thinking of adding weight training in there too, but I don't know if I can afford a membership. Thanks

10 lbs in a month?
I'm 125 lb right now. Is it possible to lose 10 pounds with 8km of biking a day, at least 1000 meters of swimming a day, and keeping to 1200 calories (cutting out breads & pastas)? Any other tips would be great!
