Eating the extra calories?
I workout today, burned 500 calories. Am I suppose to eat that back?

I'm on a 1380 calorie intake a day. My question is if I got to the gym and burn 300 calories is that mine to eat back or should I eat back that many or just leave it alone?

Cardio or Weight training for weight loss.
I keep hearing different things on both. Some same cardio is better, some say weights, and some say both. What are everyone else's I put.
