My name is Amy. This is the second time I've done MFP. But this is it. This time is gonna be a winner. My goal weight is 150lbs! I'm on a 1350 calorie intake a day. I started a gym membership and I will be going at least 3 times a week, sometimes 4. I'm a Herbalife distributor so I will be having a shake for breakfast with two heathy meals and snacks. I'm not to sure on how MFP works exactly. I know the goal is to stay under my calorie intake or just at it. I need new friends! Add me.

    Hi Amy,
    My name is Deborah. I am using MFP to track water intake and weight. I have been on Medifast for 4 weeks, yesterday started my 4th week, so far I have lost 20.7 lbs. I know my cal intake will not reach the amount that is suggested by MFP so I don't log meals.
