What do you do for work? Right now I'm a manager at Rite Aid but I'm switching jobs. Ill be working in an office soon ! Once I graduate school I want to become a drug & alcohol counselor. I'm just bored at work right now so I'm trying to stay occupied lol

What's your thoughts on WLS? A friend of mine had surgery a few weeks ago and already lost 70 pounds! Good for him right!! Questions for the ladies (or anyone who can help lol)
So its almost that time of the month and I'm feeling super bloated, crampy, and just not well. My weigh in day is tomorrow, should I skip it since I'm bloated or no? When will I feel better? Ive still had a calorie deficit every day and have been exercising . I guess I'm just nervous I haven't lost since I'm so bloated .

fl oz vs. Oz
So this might be a dumb question but my food scale weighs my food in fl oz but Google says FL oz is different from regular oz. How do I calculate my actual oz when I weigh my food?

Walking with weights
While entering my exercise it gives me the option to choose walking with infant or 15 lb weight but I was walking with 20 lbs. How do I calculate the difference in weights to add in the appropriate calories burned?

Best time to weigh yourself?
So yesterday around 5pm I weighed myself just for fun and scale says I lost 1 pound then i weighed myself this morning as soon as I got up and scale says down 5 more pounds? Lol what am I doing wrong? I know I didn't lose 5 more pounds within like 20 hours

Gym for the first time
Tomorrow I will be going to the gym for the first time. My doctor said I need 45-60 mins of exercise. Any tips? What are the dos and donts? I'm extremely nervous (not sure why lol)

New to this whole thing.. Not on a diet but trying a lifestyle change. Motivation isn't as good as I hoped it be. Need some friends to share the motivation with. :)
