New to this whole thing.. Not on a diet but trying a lifestyle change. Motivation isn't as good as I hoped it be. Need some friends to share the motivation with. :)

I'm new myself! Just started logging food for the first time and had some trouble figuring out how all this works. Just from logging today's meals I can tell already that I've vastly underestimated my food intake so far, that is kind of an eye opener. As far as motivation goes, whatever brought you here probably is your motivation. I've been exercising regularly for 6 weeks or so and can feel that I am starting to tone up and slim down in certain areas of my body, but it's going awfully slow. My guess is I eat too much, that's why I want to start tracking my food intake. Best of luck and much success to you!

I'm pretty much new to being solidly motivated to not slip back into old habits. I've been tracking food for around 6 weeks, not really exercising yet as I haven't found the optimum time around full time work, kids, house and partner etc. But so far I've lost around 5 kgs (sorry about the metric, I'm in Australia). I am trying to lose weight though, around 25kg in total
I have been having little slip ups but not giving up and still losing. So it inspires to keep going and not stress.

You can do this, it takes time, infant about 3 weeks to change habits
