How much should you attempt to lose so that you don’t become ‘saggy & baggy’?
How much should attempt to lose a week in order to not become saggy or baggy? I have in excess of 100lb to lose.

Late night munchies
Any way to combat late night munchies! I give my ego free-range to eat so that I can continue to work late into the night to meet deadlines. I want to stop but can't think what alternatives to use ....any advice please.

BBC -inspiring weight loss stories.
I saw this on the Beebs' today. And it made me think its possible to lose a great deal of weight and not get baggy or saggy. It seem a lot of will power and consistency are the key. I wish I had those to abilities. I only have the desire!

Getting back on the wagon!
Dropped off the whole "I want to get healthy and lose weight"! And now I know I need to lose the weight! But fell so incredibly overwhelmed with the amount of work I have to do over summer and resort to comfort munchies late into the night as I work. Any advice greatfully appreciated.
