Dropped off the whole "I want to get healthy and lose weight"!

And now I know I need to lose the weight! But fell so incredibly overwhelmed with the amount of work I have to do over summer and resort to comfort munchies late into the night as I work.

Any advice greatfully appreciated.

There is no wagon. If you have had a bad day, log it and forget it. Logging everyday is the best advice I can give. You diary, over time, will give you insight how to eat for the rest of your lifetime.

Also purchase a food scale, it gets you good at eyeballing proper portions.

Thanks. May look into getting scales up until now havent even been looking at the calories in a bid to get through work.

    Your right:
"It probably shouldn't be so much as getting on the wagon rather putting on a pair of shoes and going for a walk!".
