I'm looking for healthy lunch recipes with chicken breast. How do you guys meal prep with it? Something under 400 calories.
So I'm already thin buy have belly fat I want to get rid of. Do I need to lose weight to get rid of or do I body recomp? What and how do I do it? Can I not lose this belly fat through diet?
I am having crazy cravings right now since I'm almost on my period. I'm trying to eat within my deficit but its hard. What do you ladies do when it comes to period hunger? Do you eat more salty/sweet foods than you normally would and stay within your deficit?

I heard many people say that your metabolism slows down as you get older. I am only 23 and for the most part of my life I always had a fast metabolism.
I went over my calories today and Monday by about 400. Is this going to slow down my weight loss? Also, what if I eat less tomorrow then, would it balance out the week?
So I have a package of baby carrots in the fridge and the package said it was Best By March 21, 2 days ago. I wanted to eat it with my hummus but I don't know if I should risk eating it. Are they still good after 2 days of its expiry date? Should I go ahead and just eat it?
